I am a big man and is my first Mac I like the build quality of the mac (lower spec MacBook Pro 13). I'm still adjusting to OS X, but I think it will be worse than Windows.
I really like what this unit is shoe per minute (about 55 seconds). This is less than a minute from power on to use the notebook. Speed and downtime within seconds.

I do this with Ubuntu 64-bit and it works like a charm. There was no stupid questions of the driver (like I did with my previous (HP) laptop. It is solid, quiet, not the number of LEDs look that seems so popular with the other brands (HP). The keyboard has a good feel and distance and clear (easy to be readable). The touchpad buttons are a bit 'Clicky but I always and only an external mouse anyway.

Laptops have become an integral part of our lives. However, the sad fact remains that all the laptops available in the market are not standardized. Each manufacturer has different sizes of laptops to offer and sometimes the size of the parts differ. This fact is not a problem, at least not until the laptop starts needing repairs or replacement parts.
