This notebook has proven to be a very good purchase. This is 2 I bought a laptop in recent months. One for my son and one for my daughter. Both love the fact that it has small size, low weight, yet it is as small as a netbook.

But as other reviewers have noted, notebook slugish feel out of the box until the Aero is disabled and uninstalled all the crapware.

Latest version of Apple's MacBook Pro case combines a smoother, more GB of RAM, an SD slot, and to extend battery life, all with a reduced price. The 15-inch LED backlit display (available on previous models, as well) is simply superb, with a simple graphical and easy-on-blue eyes.

This is perhaps one of the best deals to buy from Apple.
Your MacBook Pro has enough power to run any number of applications, video card, is simply a beast.

I run a MacBook with Leopard and I was very happy customer.

All is well on this laptop - the battery life, minivan, display, keyboard, multi-finger gestures, power and price. Perfect 5!

I have my Acer 1410 from Amazon a few weeks ago. So far I'm very happy, and have no major complaints. I had shopped netbooks in the past, but the screens had lower resolutions below, processors and small keyboards always turned to me. The idea and the price of netbooks were right, but the execution was lacking.
The 1410 addresses all the problems typical of the Netbook with maintaining an affordable price - is truly the best of both worlds. Once I saw him I knew I found the car I was looking for.
